What is HRA? Money given to help pay house rent.

- When DA >50%, rates become 27% / 18% / 9%

- Family pension: 50% of pension if employee dies
- Unified Pension Scheme for new employees
Save a portion of salary every month with interest (~8%).
- Min 6% of salary, up to 100%
- Partial withdrawal after 10 years for house, education, marriage
- Full withdrawal on retirement
