Digital Services & Workshops

For our AI courses, NEP 2020 workshops, and downloadable study materials:

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Due to the nature of digital content (circular simplifications/study materials), once accessed or downloaded, these are non-refundable.

LIVE WORKSHOPS

Cancellations 48 hours prior to the workshop qualify for a full refund. Later cancellations receive a credit note for future sessions.

Ticketing, itinerary planning, and educational tours are subject to third-party carrier (Airlines/Railways) rules:

Ticketing: Refund amounts are subject to the cancellation policy of the airline or IRCTC/ Balmer & Lawrie.
Service Fee: MasterJi's convenience fee for itinerary planning and LTC documentation is non-refundable once the itinerary is generated.
Educational Tours: 100% refund if cancelled 30 days before; 50% refund between 15-30 days; no refund within 15 days of the tour.

Specialized service for teacher transfers:

Booking Deposit: A full refund of the token amount is provided if the cancellation is made 72 hours before the scheduled packing date.
Rescheduling: We allow one free rescheduling to accommodate sudden changes in transfer orders/joining dates.
In-Transit: Once packing is initiated or the vehicle is dispatched, the service cannot be cancelled.

Submission: Email your request with the order ID to support@masterji.live.
Verification: Our team will review the request within 2 working days.
Transfer: Approved refunds are credited via the original payment mode within 5-7 business days.
