3. Travel, LTC & Logistics

For travel management, ticketing, and "Packer & Mover" services:

• MasterJi acts as a facilitator between you and third-party carriers (Airlines, Railways, Logistics providers).
• We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party service providers, though we will assist you in resolving such issues.
• LTC compliance is based on the information provided by you. Ensuring the final claim matches your department's specific requirements is the user's responsibility.

4. Educational Workshops & Content

Our ICT, AI, NEP 2020, and FLN-based workshops and study materials are the intellectual property of MasterJi.

• Materials provided are for personal/professional use only.
• Unauthorized redistribution, recording of live sessions, or commercial use of MasterJi pedagogy is strictly prohibited.

5. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information for ticketing and logistics. MasterJi reserves the right to terminate access to services if a user provides fraudulent documents or engages in behavior that disrupts our workshops or community groups (WhatsApp).

6. Payments

All service fees are transparently listed before booking. Payment disputes and refund requests are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
